CHOCOLATE!!!!!!

So, I worked out with my personal trainer today. He said that low fat chocolate milk is a great post-workout snack! He said with the carbs and protein it is great to have some after your workout! I will drink to that! Cheers!!:smile:

    I have actually read news articles on that too. I use to do that all the time. I have actually heard it is better then drinking most protein drinks and smoothies.

    Absolutely. It's an awesome post workout snack. I personally can't stand the taste of chocolate milk so I prefer regular milk, but same concept!
