Calories burned?

I have noticed that MFP, MapMyFitness, and other calories burned devices all give differant numbers for the same workout. Example today MFP listed 316 calories for 30 minute walk at 4 mph. MapMyFitness had it at 435. Any idea what device or program is the most accurate?

Walking....... .30 x weight (in lbs) x distance (in miles)

walking 2 miles (unless it was all uphill) would burn an additional 120 cal for a 200lb person (running same formula but the factor becomes .63)0 -
Okay so let's add in a triple stroller full of 30 lb 3 year olds. How does that factor into my up (and down) hill walk?0
