I think having this the "most used" to look at puts what you eat into perspective! I know it taught me, after about 2 weeks of looking at it, to make better decisions. I made it a game lol. Try to get the better foods at the top of that list!0 -

All my veg seems to be lingering in the 10-20 spots, but I assure you that I eat it just as much - I guess I'm just a little more diverse with it. Funny thing is that I have an apple nearly every day and it's not up there, and neither is my whey protein which I couldn't live without! hehe Coffee is built into my recipe feature, otherwise it would be numero uno for sure!0 -

Haha, my top 3 are from daily coffee - coffee, cream, sugar. I just use "brewed - from grounds" because I never thought to put in the keurig k cups! haha I'll do that from now on.
