Hi. I've been using MFP, eating healthy, & working out since the end of May. I have lost 27 lbs so far. My calorie goal was just lowered to 1560. I'm not currently working so I go to the gym twice a day, five days a week. I do 65 mins on elliptical & burn around 650 calories & then for my second visit I do the recumbent bike for another 200 - 250 calories. I am lifting weights M, W, & F. I feel light headed (at the previous 1790 cals) most days. Worried that the new adjustment is not enough. Thoughts?

That number is without exercise. If you move more then you should eat more. Eat back some of those exercise calories to fuel your workouts.

As above. If you're doing that amount of exercise you should be logging and eating at least 50% back to fuel your workouts. If you're eating 1560 and burning 850 (plus the lifting) you're body is running on around 700 calories. Not enough.
