A friend of mine is doing this challenge and I was going to join her. Has anyone on here ever done it? What were your results? Is it worth it? We are doing the 1.0 version.
I am currently doing the 30 day shred and not sure if I want to give it up for this program.

    I haven't done either program. Just wanted to reply to your thread since I'm getting back into shape after having a baby and weaning from the breast pump. I've been at it since June and lost a few lbs. It's slow and steady for this mama. I've gotten great results from tracking calories and walking. Walking is great because I can bring the baby and exercise the dog at the same time. Anything will work as long as you keep at it. Good luck!
