Hello, I'm new here haha.
I'm looking to lose about 2 stone through healthy eating and exercise. I've gained alot of weight over the last year after recovering from anorexia/orthorexia, so it's really important to me to stay safe and healthy through my weight loss journey. After about 6 months of being weight restored, I started to stop caring entirely about the way I looked, and upon weighing myself for the first time in almost a year the other day, I discovered that I'm actually at a really high weight and would like to lose some. I'm 5 foot 2, 9 stone 8 and looking to be about 7 stone 6 as this was probably the weight I looked the best at. I want to achieve this in a reasonable amount of time and tone up in the process. I'm a vegetarian and I'm currently trying to make the transition into veganism, but I don't see myself reaching that at the moment.
Anyway, I'd love to make some friends along the way and be part of the community. Any tips or motivation would be more than appreciated!
Yours,
Jasmine

Hi Jasmine!
First of all congratulations on recovering from anorexia. I was diagnosed with it last Christmas and have been recovering ever since...well...they say I am recovered (as in I got all my weight back). However, the eating disorder is still very much there and funny enough I find myself over eating instead of undereating.
I lost 17kg in about 9months. I was severly underweight and just a *kitten* person really (mood swings, constantly angry and what not). So I decided to change and get my boobs and butt back. But After 9 months of restricting I found myself unable to control my intake of food...and now it seems like I have a binge eating problem. I have gained all my weight back in less than 7 months which really shocked me...I have gone from clean eating and exercising, to undereating and over exercising to only undereating and now to binge eating.
Feel free to add me as I'd also like to go on this clean and healthy (but still allowed to have some cake of course) journey.
GOOD LUCK ☀
lots of love0
