Usually hard boiled egg whites. Or a piece of fruit.0

Greek yogurt and coffee most days. Eggs or avocado on toast. Pancakes on the weekend (single portion, no syrup for me).0

A cup of egg whites or 4 eggs sunny side up with some beans and avocado or coconut oil; or some cereal with almonond milk and coconut oil; or egg whites fritata; or protein almond pancakes. Add protein shake when needed0

Oatmeal. With Nutella. A banana with peanut butter if I'm running.0
-
Eggs with cheese or Greek yogurt and coffee.0

always coffee...2 big cups w/stevia. Lately greek yogurt w/granola. Also love spinach and mushroom omelettes, and pro-oatmeal [instant steel oats chia seeds after cooked while sitting heat up 1/8 c unsweet vanilla almond milk and add 1 scoop protein powder], sometimes a bagel but i'm hungry afterwards...0

Refrigerator oatmeal, sometimes with pumpernickel toast.0

I used to make smoothies before I lived in on-campus housing. Now I make coffee and stir in 2 TBS of VegaOne protein powder (Chai flavor).... ~100 calories. I eat a big lunch and dinner, so I don't need too much sustenance in the morning.0

Nothing. I just can't eat in the morning, or anytime after I wake up. I get up 4-6am but I don't eat my first meal until 11am-noonish.0
