Well, I have done this once, or least almost. I had dropped 85lbs. I had dropped from a size 22 to a 16. I was so proud of myself.
I was unhappy with my marriage, andhad been for years. I gained so much weight. I had topped out at 306lbs. The most I had ever weighed.
I had de idea that if I Divorced, that I had to lose weight, no one in there right mind you want to date anyone as heavy me.
So I started Zumba 2 to 3 days a weeks, the gym 5 days a week, and water zumba 2 times a week. I ate healthy and the pounds started melting away.
I left me exhusband Dec 28, 2013..I moved to California in February 2014. In April 2014, I met a new man, fell in love and as of now, gained back 52lbs.
I have to stop.. So I have started the Thrive Program. As of Monday, Aug 24th,2015...I have more energy, stamina, and will to get off my butt and get back on track... I am going to lose the 123lbs and keep it off this time. Thanx for the support

I have been down this road so many times. I'm trying to figure out what works to keep me from binge eating like I've been doing since I was 5-years-old. Feel free to add me. I also have a group you can join. I'm making YouTube videos to try to keep myself motivated. I'm trying a different diet every week for a year to try and figure out what way of eating might make it easier for me not to overeat every single day.

I'd love to hear about Zumba, too. It always looks like so much fun, but I have the coordination of a turnip. Good luck! Feel free to add me if you'd like.

Janierock..I don't have any coordination either..lol.. Since moving To California, the zumba a classes are quite pricey, Soni have chosen to download a few videos off of YouTube.. So far so good. If I trip, or stumble, no one can laugh at me, but me...lol...but you do have to have the discipline to do it at least 3x a week. I am also walking in the evening so th my boyfriend, and the days I don't do zumba, I have a home gym that I love, thee again, discipline... Good Luck, Thank you forecourt comments a s well
