I want to buy a new scale. The one I have is the dial kind from Wal-mart (it was like $8)...and It is horrible...I weigh a different amount every time I step on it...and it's kinda driving me crazy...Plus, I can never tell which little tick-mark it's on anyway...
So any suggestions would be nice..

I have that one and it is pretty good. Mine came with a free measuring tape as well (although it broke )0 -
I misread the original post and thought you were looking for a kitchen scale. My bad.0

Yeah, the tape is really handy too. I've never measured myself before and I'm really glad I do now.0 -
I recommend a Body Analyzing Scale.
It shows your total weight, fat percentage, muscle mass, hydration percentage, bone percentage, & how many calories someone of your height, age, & gender should eat daily.
They're awesome! I my scale!0 -
Definitely buy a digital scale. Taylor and Tanita are the best (accurate) models. Always weigh yourself at the same time of day (first thing in the morning after using the bathroom is best), either naked or wearing the same clothes each time you weigh and putting the scale in the same spot each time.
Don't bother spending extra money for a scale that supposedly measure body fat% because it's bogus. Scales can't accurately measure body fat.0 -
Another vote for the EatSmart! LOVE IT!0 -
I just have a WW scale that I bought at Superstore. I think it was $30. Anyway, I like it because it's digital and does readouts to 0.2 pound. I like it a lot, and it wasn't too pricey.0

I got this EatSmart Scale too about two weeks ago, and as others have said it's one of the best out there. You get really consistent readings at a quick response time.0 -
I got a digital one at walmart ... a health o meter I think. It's fairly accurate within a couple of pounds of the doctor's scales. So far so good with it. Good luck finding a scale you like.0
