Here I go AGAIN!

Well just phooey! I have not gained back as much as I thought but still more than I should. Well, even 5 pounds would be more than I should. This time I am more determined than other. Went on vacation last week and it seemed everyone I saw fit into to categories, fit or really over weight! So I am off and running, started as soon as we got back, no point in setting yourself up for failure! Started walking Monday morning, drinking only 1 day a week (standing dinner date with friends) cutting way back on everything that I should, sugar, carbs, red meat. Let's get this party started!

    Good luck! I wouldn't stress so much about the sugar, carbs, red meat, etc. unless a doctor advised you to do so! No need to overwhelm yourself with restrictions (unless they are for medical reasons). Just get your calories in check!

    Rule number 1) Don't compare yourself to what other people look like. You're unique - whether you're 15lbs lighter or 50lbs heavier. But well done for getting started and good luck :)
