I've started taking vitamin supplements and boy some of these have 10 calories each! If I take 6.....do you add them to your calorie count?

Log everything. I log my fish oil and vitamin d supplements every day I take them.0

60 calories can add up, especially if you're only on a 250-calorie deficit or eating at maintenance. So yeah, I would.0

yep- calories are calories no matter where they come from. Log them!0

Thanks so much! I'll start today....darn0

That seems high for vitamins doesn't it?
What sort are they? Chewable gummy ones?
All the ones I see have been below 10kj so like 2-3 calories.
Anyway, if it has calories log it. Coke zero, chewing gum all the supposed zero calorie things all seem to have calories especially in larger quantities.
But also entering your tablets etc will add the vitamin to your log. You might find your well over for the day and might find you can stop with the tablets.0 -
I log my supplements, which don't show any calories but one I have to take does also have electrolytes in it which hits into my restricted sodium level so I pretty much feel like I have to.0
