Fit after 40?

Looking for inspiring success stories, preferably with bikini photos of before and after, of ladies who were overweight (but not obese) all their lives and who only lost weight/ got fit at 40 or after. Especially the pear shaped ones who put weight in their thighs. :) I want to see how much is possible to improve one's body at that age. I really could use some inspiration.

    Read about Tosca Reno. She's my inspiration. She got in dynamite shape in her 40s and now she's pushing 60. Her recipes and books are great too!
