weight loss and calories

Your calories go down when you start to lose weight can someone tell me how many calories you should be eating a day to see some kind of weight loss

    MFP will adjust your calories when you enter a new weight, if it needs to be adjusted.

    You've already lost 21lb's and you want to see "some kind of weight loss"... what???

    if you stick to the weight loss recommendations it will be relatively easy to lose weight. But do weigh food as it is easy to overestimate. Personally I find the MFP calorie allocation for cardio overestimated so I have those calories which seems to be about right.
