Hi all. How do you find the fit bits? I'm thinking of getting one. But not sure if it is worth it. I train at the gym 5 times a week. Does it assist with gym training?0

Fitbit activity trackers calculate your TDEE and sync with MFP. Fitbit challenges are great motivation—and fun.
