Its day 4 and in the begginning I was feeling like I was starving and didn't have enough calories. Changed up my food yesterday added some exercise calories on and a couple extra hundred to my original total(1200 is way too little for 150 pound woman)just as some of you had suggested and I am feeling good about this program again!!!! Thanks for everyones input!!It really helps!

    I agree 1200 isn't much! Definitly count your exercise calories towards food...
