Love Babybel cheese, especially gouda. I have mozzarella right now. And I have always been a fan of hummus. Right now I'm using baked lentil chips for dipping. Never tried apricots with almonds, but I will now.
Lentil chips are great but I haven't been seeing them lately they have a slightly sweet taste if I remember correctly

It depends on the flavor. They only had the parmesan garlic flavored lentil chips at the grocery store I'm going to currently. Pretty tasty.0

I don't snack often but I have many favorites for when I do.
strawberries with goat cheese
hummus and Wheat Thins
Broccoli and spinach dip
Yellow corn tortilla chips and salsa
Yellow corn tortilla chips and guacamole
nuts of any/all kind
dry roasted soy nuts or edamame
hot pickled okra
almost any crunchy vegetable
popcorn - stove top popped in peanut oil and Lawry's seasoning salt0 -
I'm boring--mostly just fruit, yogurt, nuts, or a pickle.
I should make some baba ganoush and have that with raw vegetables.0 -
Depends on the day! Granola, I guess, but I do like roasted (and cooled) edamame.
Rice cakes are always good and they're nice for a crunch.0 -
Garlic triscuits, multigrain waffle with peanut butter honey and a dash of cinnamon on top, kashi vanilla island cereal, and moms best organic wheat-fuls cereal0

Apple chips are good. I've been trying pear chips and strawberry and banana chips as well. Pretty tasty. Strawberries and goat cheese sounds interesting. Never had goat cheese. I'm seeing a lot of people putting edamame. Do you eat it shell on or off? Love ganoush and pretty much all middle east cuisine. And you can never go wrong with any flavor of triscuits. I gotta try this quest stuff. Seems pretty popular.0

Greek yogurt. I don't know if I can consider it a low calorie snack, though, since I tend to eat the whole quart in one sitting.
Bananas, apples, oranges, peaches, cantaloupe, protein shakes...too many to list. Especially since it's summer now! There's so many fresh fruits that some days I just snack on fruit all day long and forget about proper meals!0 -

Need to try that biscotti. And pistachios and pumpkin seeds sounds like a good combo. I'm a fan of both. I know what you mean about fruit strawblackcat. Sometimes I give myself a tummy ache from fruit overload. Peanut butter banana wrap sounds tasty. Thanks for the Greek yogurt recipe cocobee. And frozen chocolate dipped fruits are delish! My favorite is dark chocolate dipped frozen banana slices with nuts.0
