how to post before and after pics?

Not as amazing as some other stories here but I've gone from 193 to 186lbs in a little over a month. :)

How do I post pics to tthe blog here?

    On the web:
    Looking above your reply/post box
    Click the icon that looks like a page with the top right hand corner folded over (between link and right align format buttons)
    Either -
    A) drag & drop picture into the space provided (to upload from pc)
    B ) select choose files (to upload from pc)
    C) paste link to image that is already uploaded online into space provided (like from tiny pic, photobucket, etc)

    From the phone app
    Look above your reply/post box
    Tap the icon that looks like a camera
    Either -
    A) select choose files (to upload from your phone)
    B ) paste link to image that is already uploaded online into space provided (like from tiny pic, photobucket, etc)
