What do y'all think is the best pre-workout out there

    I'll answer before all the "black coffee" and energy bar responses.

    If I need a pre-workout, my favorite has been the Muscletech.

    Is your diet and sleep in check. Fix these items before messing with over priced caffeine

    Based on the dozens of other threads exactly like this, the most common responses are...

    1) caffeine
    2) personal preference, try some and see how you do
    3) *in condescending tone* pre-workout? what a waste of money. toughen the ef up and put in the work like a man.

    Attitude. Lots of gym members who seem to get more serious about their training tend to turn to supplementation and it's really not needed if the attitude is just to go there and kick butt every time.

    If I need a pick me up, I just kick in some caffeine.

    I use chia seeds as a pre workout for the intense workouts such as a race. Soak them in water and drink.

    I've only had the pink lemonade and loved it. I feel like it's about as strong as the C4 extreme, possibly stronger. I might not go back to it though because of the price. I can't remember if it's affordable.

    i like to mix them sometimes to make a little cocktail, but i don't use them everyday because i don't want my body to depend on pre-workouts. only on days when i feel like a zombie.

    Creatine is not a pre workout supplement really... lol.
