There's a seperate board especially for gaining weight! You'll probably finds loads of information there (I've personally never clicked there since the last thing I want to do is gain weight haha!) Good luck.0

The basics:
Eating a calorie surplus with enough protein, lifting weights with progressive resistance on a volume training program.

Well I have been gaining and exercising for 10years or so. I have studied many various diets and training methods yet to put it plainly anything will work if you get enough calories. I would look into either Jim Wendlers 531 book or look up Mark Rippletoe and read his information and especially the "Texas Method". As for diet what helped me was to actually focus on carbs. We hear it a billion times to get 1g per lb of bodyweight of protein but sometimes forget the carbs. I did not gain a full muscular look until I doubled my carbs. Best Wishes!0
