Just a fun little calculator to tell you how much you should drink.
I liked it.
Told me I should drink 99.5 ounces.
Which sounds about right.

I always thought that you should drink at least 64 ounces of water a day.

I've heard that before too - it's what I try to stick to. And I don't count the water I drink while exercising. That's a lot of water!

8 glasses a day is recommended!

Water is so important though! It restores and repairs body parts, skin, and other health problems!
It cleanses out your systems too!

I've been drinking an average of 12 glasses a day (96 ounces) though, I've been nick-named "Camel" by my friends because I am constantly drinking water!

Of course, half of it is usually Crystal Light.

I'd start out with the 64 ounces and build up from there, you don't want to feel sick from drinking too much water.. and get water logged!

It says for me I should get between 92.8 - 116 oz. I have been drinking 80 oz on days I workout and 64 on days I don't. Might try upping it to 100 oz on average and see if that does anything.

I have heard an oz for half your body weight.
I shoot for an oz per lb myself.
    Gallon minimum for me.
2 gallons when I hit my daily goal.
