I know it's not a dramatic amount of weight loss to be posting in success stories, but I feel like it's a success, personally! I'm not stopping any time soon and I can finally see results, which just motivates me to keep going! I'm hoping to start the Couch to 5k thing soon because we have a company FitBit Challenge coming up that I'd really love to excel in!
NSVs that I've noticed:
I can now bend over in my chair at work to plug my charger into the usb without getting halfway on the ground.
I can paint my toes without having to do crazy contortionism.
I don't have to use the hand rails on stairwells anymore. (I thought that was an odd one. I had no idea how much I was putting on my knees just trying to descend the stairs.)
I get to buy new shoes because mine are now too big.
I can wear jeans that don't cause so much droopy pancake butt.
I'm not consistently sweating.
I want to park farther away because I enjoy the walk.
I have more energy and have become more social. I'd stay at home a lot because I was ashamed of myself. I was struggling with some pretty major depression and it's like all of that has started fading away.
Most importantly, I'm a thousand times happier with myself and my life and if that's the result of "only" 30 lbs, I can't wait to lose more!

This is.awesome. Great job so far. I've just finished c25k training this morning and you should totally try it. Just take it slow and your pace. I think it's suppose to be 8 weeks but it took me about 12. Life and such got in the way, but I felt good running my 3.1 miles this morning. :-)0
