Time to get fit! Honestly, I'm not very good at being active because I'm a writer. Therefore, I compensate with the food that I eat. I've gotten rid of all things unhealthy and totally changed my eating habits. Here goes nothing! Lol

Good luck!! It's day one for me as well!! Want to lose 80 lbs in total but any weight loss is great and can't wait to start shedding it off. I hope you find the motivation and inspiration you need and I know I need all I can get lol0
