I can't believe how much I weigh.

My weight has been on a roller coaster since 2005. I'm ready to get off.

    I hear you, I am ready to get off as wel. I think that this site will help stop or at least slow down that coaster.

    This is definitely a step in the right direction. Good luck and remember to reach to us for support anytime you need it! Even if you don't you will get it anyway...that is one of the best things about this site, getting support when you didn't even realize you were in need of it!!
