Skinnytaste.com is amazing! I use it all the time and have never had a bad recipe from there :-) Everything I have made is delicious and healthy. She even has a lightened version of Red Lobster's garlic cheddar bicuits that are to die for! YUM!0

I am a HUGE fan of a veggie venture. This woman posted a vegetable recipe every day for a year or something like that and it just keeps growing. They are delicious recipes and a great way to increase your vegetable intake.
