wheatgrass powder and/or chromium picolinate

Hey I just ordered chromium picolinate which is supposed to help sugar cravings and wheatgrass powder too. I'm just wondering if any of you guys have used either and what you thought of it? Also, any tips on how to use wheatgrass powder, other than mixing with water and drinking it? Thanks in advance!

    Well the wheat grass tasted absolutely vile on it's own but was quite nice with added ginger and a splash of lime juice :)

    You will get used to the taste and within a few weeks you will actually like it. I have a scoop every morning in water and I mix in a scoop of Amazing Grass Green Superfood, berry flavor. The berry mellows out the grass taste. If you can't stand the powder, try getting the ice cubes at a local health food store, they taste like green tea.
