Avatars showing slim down... where are they from?

Hey,
I see a couple people with avatars as their profile pic, where there are two of them and the left one is the heavier one. It looks digitaly made...
Just wondering where those are from??

They make them themselves in Photoshop or something similar. It's not an MFP thing.
edit: Oh, those, the Virtual Model things. Cool! Some people have photographs of themselves as "before and afters"..

Go to myvirtualmodel.com...make your before, and then your after model...save them both to your computer...open a photobucket account (it's free and user friendly)...upload both models to your photobucket...go into editing and click "collage" and put the two models side by side...then you can upload them here. That's what I did..hope that helps0
