What are some workout routines you guys use at home?

    I am just getting into starting to workout at home. I don't have any favourites yet... But I have been following along to workouts on YouTube.

    Try fitness blender or 12 minute athlete.

    I also make my own up. Tonight I'm doing a circuit of double unders, kettlebell swings, push ups, Russian twists, snatches and kick backs. My only equipment are a few Kettlebells and a jump rope

    Ahhhh, yes...Fitness Blender not only has beginner and intermediate sessions, but they have some brutal intermediate/advanced "at home" workouts, as well, many of which need nothing but bodyweight...no equipment needed!

    I would also add that, just as when gym training, you should think about incorporating 'rest days "...which does NOT mean "do nothing days"!

    Rather, try filling up your alternate days with a good yoga session, or other discipline, such as any of the tai chi methods. These keep you limber, keep your metabolism up and negates the need for any off-days diet mods.
