Motivated Today...

Today is my 4th day and it's killing me. I'm feeling sore but really excited about exercising. I weigh 226.6 lbs and not happy about it. I have never done anything to change my weight. I feel really motivated to do it (at least that's true for today) I'm looking for friends that are just beginning or have gone through the same and still working hard.

    Just keep going! It does get easier as you get used to the new life style! You are only on day 4- keep going for a few weeks and I'm sure you'll start seeing the difference. And remember, on days you cannot exercise, just restrict your calories a bit more- you might find it hard at first, but reducing calories is the only surefire way to lose weight. Good luck!
