Tired of being large! Want my energy back to play with my son!!! I want to wear stylish clothes!!! I want my life back!!!

I am 37 years old now and need to take back my life. i have a beautiful 3yr old son and need to be around for him in the long run!! I feel I am teaching him bad habits that will continue in his life and I dont want that!

Here's for time to change!!!
