Hello All,
I lost nearly 25 lbs by using MFP and my fitbit (THANKS MFP) mostly by doing portion control and a little walking.
My concern is that I dont necessarily need to lose more weight but I do need to really watch my carbs and sugar intake to keep triglycerides and cholesterol in check.
What "goal" option would you choose on MFP?
Thanks!

So you choose maintenance and watch your carbs and sugar. Set them to whatever your doctor suggests.0

And then click "edit" by the nutrition goals to change the percentages so you can limit carbs.0 -
thanks to you both0

And don't forget that sugar is sugar (includes both natural and added) and that they go by lots of names.0
