    I am a big fan of putting the lime in the coconut and promptly drinking a whole cup of the aforementioned concoction.

    1 gallon of water, wash all veggies good and add...slice 2 lemons, 1 or 2 small cucumbers, fresh Mint leaves and you can add a lime optional. Let gallon of water sit in fridge overnight and try to drink one a day! Goodluck!
