Does anyone have any good no cook meal recipes that they can share?
I am trying to get the husband and my boys eating healthier with me but they are beyond picky and it's driving me bonkers.
Would love recipe ideas!

Thanks!!

My family likes to have finger food night once in a while where we have an assortment of fruits and vegetables. I like to add some meat, cheese, and crackers for those that want them as well. With the optional peanutbutter, cream cheese, cottage cheese, and / or salad dressings for dipping / scooping. :drinker:

Combine cooked quinoa (...ok a little cooking involved), cut up cucumbers, spinach, tomatoes, onions, olives and a little feta. Season with a little Greek dressing.
