Hi I have been dieting and training for almost 3 months now. At first I lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks and nothing since! What am I doing wrong? Help much appreciated. Colleen

How long have you been counting and accurately logging calories? If you lost 5 pounds in two weeks and nothing since for 3 months, you are eating at maintenance. You're eating more calories than you think, burning less calories than you think, or a combination of both.0

Thankyou. I guess I may not have been tracking correctly but I definitely go to bed hungry most nights. My pt said eating too little causes you to go into 'starvation mode' but I've since read that it's a myth..0

That is a myth. If you eat too little, you lose a lot of weight.
Start weighing your food? Also, just because you go to bed hungry doesn't mean you're in a deficit. There are many times when I'm in maintenance mode when I'm still hungry at the end of the day.0 -
Yeah I think a lot of it may be how much sugar I have cut out and how my body is so used to constant snacking. Thanks for your help, I will definitely track more ☺️0
