I had a baby about 4 months ago, then i started this application and logging my food and exercising and i lost nearly 10kg and now my weight stopped:( for about 2 weeks i havent lost anything , even though i exercise everyday , i have no idea what to do, i always try to stay under my calories goal and for the past few weeks i have not gotten over my calorie gol, i use food scale and log every single thing i eat but nothing:(

Do you measure yourself too? If so, I'd strongly suggest doing so!

I "only" lost 2lbs last month and I was disappointed - but after measuring myself, I'd lost a total of 8 inches. The scale is only a guide. A way to keep you on track.

It's only been two weeks. Wait it out a couple more weeks and if it doesn't start going down, then you'll need to look into your logging to see what you can change.

Did you reduce your calorie goal after losing the weight?
Also weight loss sometimes stops for a bit and then you get a whoosh.

Then as malibu927 said - give yourself a couple more weeks and if there is still no change, look into your daily logging and check every thing is accounted for. It's not always straightforward - all this weight loss!! *Sigh* Good luck :)

Is your period due soon? You're probably just retaining water. Give it a week or two.

I think if you put your new weight in mfp, it will automatically reduce your calorie goal as you lose a certain amount.
