Hello my name is Cassandra and I'm new to this group. I'm 45years old and all my life I've struggle with my weight. Even though I love my curvy plus size frame, I so want to tone down my weight. I want reinvent and tone my body. I'm looking forward to reading you guys posts to learn and share from and with you all.
