Anyone Ever Use Fresh Fennel?

I just bought some and was going to use it in my salads... Any other ideas?

  I use it to make turkey sausage for breakfast. It is great!

  I've only ever had it with pot roast and roasted veggies I love love love fennel.

  I use the toasted one in my turkey sausage... I love the taste but I know it can be over whelming...

  It's great cooked with green beans. A couple different recipes on allrecipes.com. Yummy stuff!
