Hello All! New member! A little about myself... :)

I have been a yo-yo weight loss type for much of my life. I know how to eat healthy, but find temptation very difficult. BUT... I'm back on the loving myself by staying positive and eating healthy track! I've just bought an Omega juicer and have been juicing for a week now. I feel much better, my stomach issues have eased up considerably. I've lost about 5 lbs. this week by juicing (lots of greens), eating nutrient rich smaller meals, and cutting back my TV snacking. I have eaten a couple of foods this week that I'm not proud of, BUT I feel if I stick to a 90% healthy route and forgo the self-judgement I will achieve my goal of 180 lbs. (around 90lbs. total loss).
