I need motivation to lose weight

i have been wanting to lose weight but I always get tempted by the delicious foods :'( My boyfriend also asked me to lose weight to 45kg and said that I'm fat everyday.. I am so upset.. I did exercise 2-3days and then can't keep it on.. Given up.. I have no confidence that I can lose my weight from 62kg to 45kg

    You're in this ap so that's step 1. Start recording your calories and stay under goal. Start exercising too as it gets your mind and body into a healthier space. Some people get motivated by a major event and some are just tired of being overweight and many aren't particularly motivated but are determined to reach their goals. A journey of 100 miles starts with one step. You need to take the first step, then the second, and so on.

    I could give you advice on losing weight, but alarm bells are ringing. How tall are you? 45 kg is a very low and possibly very unhealthy weight to aim for.

    You should lose weight because you wnat to for yourself and no because your unpleasant bf tells you to do so,

    Whether 45kg is actually appropriate or not for your body, it certainly sounds like you need to trim elsewhere: cut your boyfriend loose.

    Are you extremely short? Like, people think you are an 8 year old short? If not, I seriously doubt that 45 kilos is a healthy goal for an adult.
    Maybe your problem is the boyfriend and not the weight?
