Hi all. I re joined today after being away from here for a year or so. I am going to concentrate on lowering my carbs. Is anyone else doing the same and need a buddy to spur you on? I do, feel free to add me xx

Hi...same here. I have to lose about 40# because of a couple of herniated lumbar discs...well...I know that will help take the pressure off that area. So, I'm motivated anyway and ....low carb it is. It's worked for me in the past. Seems like when I eat any carb in the morning, I crave carbs all day. I'm starting out with a protein drink and planning on nuts, chicken, cheese, veggies and a bit of fruit in the evening when I'm really wanting something sweet. How about you suemorgan1? What's your plan? Anyone else out there have tips for us???0
