hi I've heard great things about this app and have logged in for 5 days in a row now but still not lost even a pound even though I've stuck to it....feeling a bit deflated, am I being too impatient or should I have lost by now x

Hi in the first week you may not have lost weight but you may have lost an inch on the waist
If you exercise and stick to it you will definitely be lighter by the end of week 20 -

Hang in there. Sometimes it takes a few days to get going. Don't get discouraged. You can do it!0

I'm hypothyroid and lost >50 lbs since I discovered MFP last year. Just be patient and keep sticking to your plan.
