so ive done pretty good 18 pounfs in two months but the last two weeks have been nutting but pizza choclate fast food pop how to i get back to my normal potein diet i did good for breakfest

So...keep doing well for the rest of the day too. And for tomorrow and the day after. Pre-log, have a balanced diet, lose weight while enjoying foods you love.0

18lbs in 2 month is 2+ lbs/wk, that's a lot. To do that you have to be pretty restrictive. Over time that makes lots of people over indulge after a few weeks. Try to set a more sustainable goal, say 1 lb/wk, this will give you a more reasonable calorie goal/deficit and give opportunities for small daily or weekly treats to curb the famine then feast happening.0

Also, work your favorite foods into your calories. You don't have to be on a specific 'diet' plan to lose weight, just eat less than you burn. It's ok to have pizza or ice cream as long as you work them into your daily goal. Now, doing so might mean you eat less that day in terms of bulk, but sometimes it's worth it.0 -
