ok so accourding to MFP i should be eating 1350 cals per day to lose weight safely...i eat those calories, but i also exercise and lose between 300 and 600 cals on average daily...should i be eating those calories back? it seems like i eat a lot already and im not in a position to buy a lot of things just to snack on...it has been over a year since i dieted last and i really cannot remember if im supposed to or not

Yes. 1350 calories really isn't a lot... if you don't eat them back then you'll be netting a lower amount of calories which isn't good.0

Yes - you eat exercise calories back**
This is how MFP is designed. Some people won't / can't exercise....so they lose weight without adding anything.
** Calorie burns are estimates, and often generous. Start by eating a % back (say 50%) if your weight loss says on track....no adjustment needed. Adjust up or down to find what fits.

oh and i do eat breakfast (usually cereal and milk, occasionally pancakes or eggs), lunch (leftovers from dinner before or chicken nuggets with my daughter), and dinner (betty crocker helpers with veggies, dishes made with rice, fish or chicken) plus 2-3 snacks (fruit, carrots, or airpopped popcorn) in-between...just to give everyone a view of my habits0

and other than the *usual* milk in the morning i drink nothing but water...i dont really like soda and hardly ever drink juice or coffee (black)0

Yes. The calorie goal you've been given by MFP already has your deficit built in for you. Your exercise gives you even more of a deficit, so you need to eat those back so you're not burning into your lean muscle mass. It's not safe to lose weight too quickly.0

i know it isnt safe to lose weight too quickly...i lost 60ish pounds in a little over a year last time (healthily and with consent from my doctor) and managed to maintain for a year without counting cals but then started stress eating things like sweets and chips due to bad things happening and decided to make a change...again lol...but i seriously couldnt remember exercising calories and eating back...it has been over a year since i lost weight so my mind is a bit foggy lol0
