What do you like eating? There are no special breakfast food, so it is completely a matter of preference. For me, it usually is coffee with milk and a slice of bread with jam or honey. Or bread with cream cheese. Or sometimes homemade sweat breads, cake, biscuits etc (assuming these are baked the previous day, no time in the morning). But in general I do not eat much in the morning, so I am not going for large quantities.
You could try an omelette or scrambled or boiled etc eggs if you want more protein, or a yoghurt with some nuts, or fruit. Or go for the good old milk with cereal. Or granola. Or a grilled cheese sandwich.
or amy combination of the above, depending on how much you like to eat in the morning, and how many calories your goal is.

I like jasmine rice with green onions and an egg for breakfast. sometimes with turkey bacon too. It's quick if you make the rice a day before.

I have half of a whole grain English muffin with natural peanut butter and a sprinkling of ground flax seed. It's quick, easy and satisfying.

I have an omelet every morning. Have a very set routine first thing and this fits in. I add whatever is in the fridge, so it doesn't get boring. Cheese, mushrooms, peppers, ham, salmon, although not all at once! I have also found that if I deviate from the omelet I get very hungry mid morning and start snacking.

I usually eat cereal or oatmeal. Usually oatmeal only in the fall/winter. You get quick oats that microwave in 2 minutes and you can add any toppings you want (spices, fruit, nuts, etc). I recently discovered adding frozen fruit before microwaving, which is actually really good as well.

Overnight oats is a go to recipe. It's oats, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and almond milk left over night in a glass bowl. Top with fruit in the morning and enjoy!

In the morning I dump 1/2 cup plain oats, 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, 1 cup milk, splash of pure vanilla extract, and a Splenda into a container and go. By the time I get to work in hungry and I eat it. I do not heat it up and it's delish.
