Question about calories

Hello everyone, thanks for taking the time to read and maybe help me.
I am 4 ft 10, 272 pounds, 37, female. I put this into mfp with my exercise goal (6 times a week for one hour) and it gave me 1,270 calories. Do I leave my 'extra' exercise calories alone or eat them all back or some back? Thanks again for any help.

It's a good idea to eat 50-75% of excercise calories back. MFP has a nasty habit of overestimating calories burned during workouts....so 50-75% is a good number to keep a deficiet.0
