Diet & excercise .. Still don't see any changes.

I'll echo the above posters - be patient.
This isn't an overnight process unfortunately and sometimes it can take a little bit of time for your body to understand what you're doing. Take some of the pressure off and don't weigh for another 5 days0 -
Patience is key, it will come off, also have that bag of popcorn if you can fit it in your calorie allowance look at it as a lifestyle change not a diet0

I have read all your replys and I have to say Thank you!!! I appreciate all the advice.. I will weigh myself 1X a week and a scale to weigh my food is a super idea. I agree I was expecting too much!
Just frustrating however I'm feeling refreshed and positive!!
