My husband constantly asks why we have so many pans when I only use the one big skillet. It's kind of a wok shaped large skillet. I'm a huge fan of stir fry and other one pan meals.

I really want to ask how someone your age didn't already have a full sized skillet but can't figure out how to do so without sounding rude. :#o:)

What's in it? I recognize some of it but not all.

Unless your gas stove fire looks like a jet engine, it's not stir fry... ;)

Green cabbage, carrots, bay scallops - that's it. And some spices. :D

I live by myself. Why would I need something that prepares food for a family of four?

I always ask rude questions, myself, but I don't qualify them by letting people know they are rude.

IDK, I had one when I lived by myself. LOL It's just two of us now and my big skillet is still my most used pan, but I usually cook for three (or 2.5) because I like leftovers for lunch.
