    I'm in too, 20-30lbs is about what I would like to have lost until Christmas and New year...I started 10 days ago and I have already lost 3 lbs but extra motivation can be useful if I want to keep at it for this long. Some days I can't wait to begin, but some days I'm really distracted by other things and it's hard to even begin.

    I'm in! I don't need to lose 20, but the nearer you are to your goal/healthy weight, the harder it is to lose. I could use the support and motivation!

    The challenge starts Sept. 12th but you can start anytime after that. This challenge is about YOU..log your weight weekly or monthly, or keep your weight to yourself. we don't require you to post your weight if your not comfortable with it. . You form this challenge to work with your lifestyle. You will find encouragement, tips, recipes and mini challenges you can join or not. We want to hear how your doing, from dropping weight and inches or gaining. We want to hear your struggles, we all have them. Join the challenge and see if it's the right fit for you, trust me this is one time, "one size does fit all" because it's all about you!
