I have been trying to lose weight for quite some time now. I'm having trouble losing fat in certain areas. I only have fat in my thighs and butt. My arms so skinny and I'm afraid if I keep losing weight my arms are going to look like bones. Also since my thighs and butt are so huge and my ankles, stomach, and arms have barley any fat it's looks uneven. How can I even it out? Also, how I can trim down my thighs but also keep the size of my butt?

I would recommend a heavy lifting program. Strong Curves is a great program and really targets the glutes which seems to be what you're looking for. You can order the book on Amazon!0

You have no control where the fat comes off. Eventually, if you hang in there, it will come off everywhere.

Unfortunately you can't spot reduce. It does tend to even out over time, however. As suggested, a lifting program can help retain muscle mass as you lose fat and improve your body shape.0
