Day three of the diet. Very stressful times. Swapping jobs one month no paycheck! Leads to stress and over eating. But got to get back on track at207 pounds. Would love to be at 145 pounds! It's hard to exercise I have a bulging disc and spinal stenosis. So anyone with any tips on how they lost weight with back issues I'd love to know.

Log your calories and stay under goal. The exercise is healthy, but if you can't do it, you can still lose weight.0

My mom has spinal stenosis. She got a couple yoga and core workouts that can be done seated or standing. She does as much as she can standing, and then sits for what she needs to. You could look up something like that on Amazon. Or maybe a program like Tai Cheng?0
