I am just starting this journey, well about 2 months ago I started this journey. Walking is my main exercise right now, but hope to be joining a YMCA soon and going swimming. I started out at about 218 lbs, I am now down to 195 as of about a week ago :) I hope to keep going. Nice to meet you all :)

    Welcome aboad and good luck on your goals and travels. Stick to it and you will do great, there are a lot of helpful post and very knowledgeable people on this site. Let along all the motivation that you will find from the members here, we are all here for each other. Keep in touch and keep us posted.

    Hello to you too, I just joined 2 days ago and have enjoyed surfing the MFP site and both trackers. I for the first time and anxious weigh in Tues evening for the first time in a long time. Good luck to you and congrats to your thus far success in wt loss. :flowerforyou:
